This Privacy Policy explains how Gamana ("we") collects, uses, discloses, processes, and stores information. In this Privacy Policy, "personal data" means information that can be used to identify an individual, whether from that information alone or from other information about that individual that we have access to. We collect personal and non-personal data necessary to enable and facilitate the best possible user experience. We will use this information strictly by this Privacy Policy.
What information is collected, and how do we process it?
Types of Personal Data Collected
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other regulatory requirements. You have the right to choose whether to provide the information we request, but in most cases, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to your inquiries. Features and services that may require the collection of your personal information include:
Account:
When registering a new Account, you must provide an email address or a username to use as the account name and create a password. Your account and password will be encrypted and stored to our servers. During your interaction with our products, we may further collect your nickname, language preference or time zone information in your account.
After-sales service/Feedback:
When you use the feedback function in the Gamana APP, we will collect your account and feedback content in order to deal with your problems and device failures in a timely manner.
Information you choose to provide to us
Location information:When you enable the positioning function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your precise location information so that you can use the Gamana APP to configure the network with your smart device. And when you use our astronomical time-based timer, *based on your consent*, we collect non-precise geolocation information about you. You can turn off location services in the system of your mobile device to stop our collection of your location information.
Camera Information:After enabling the camera permission, you can use this function to scan codes and take pictures/videos. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, we will only obtain information when you actively scan the code and shoot with the camera. You can turn off camera access in your mobile device system.
Photo/video access and upload of album (picture library/video library):You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos after enabling the album permission, so as to change the user avatar/device picture/scene picture, and report the device. Use the functionality of the question to provide proof. When you report a problem with your device, we will use the photos/images you upload to locate your problem. You can turn off album permissions in your mobile device's system.
Bluetooth permissions:You can enable Bluetooth functions after enabling Bluetooth permissions, including device discovery and device network configuration. In these functions, we will communicate with terminal devices through Bluetooth. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth permissions, we will only use Bluetooth for communication in the following scenarios: on the home page, on the Add Device page for device discovery, and on device network configuration, you can turn off the Bluetooth function in the system of your mobile device.
Additional services based on storage permissions:We apply to you for this permission in order to ensure the stable operation of the Gamana APP. After you enable our permission to read/write your device storage, we will read or write necessary information such as pictures and crash log information from your device storage space to provide you with information to publish or Local recording of crash log information and other functions.
You understand and agree that the above additional services require you to turn on your location information (geographical location), camera (camera), photo album (picture library), internal and external storage, and Bluetooth in your device to enable the collection and collection of information involved in these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings, and decide to turn on or off these permissions at your own discretion. Please note that when you open any permission, you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Information We Collect Automatically
Mobile device information:When you interact with our products, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, and improve and optimize our service experience, we will automatically collect mobile device information, such as device model, operation System, Android ID, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notifications Identifiers, log files and mobile network information. APP log information:When you use our application, your operation records will be recorded, including when and what operations are performed on the application. Information about smart devices
Basic information of smart devices:When you use smart devices connected to our services, we may collect some basic information of smart devices, including device MAC, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information.
Smart device log information:When you use a smart device, your operation records will be recorded on the smart device, including the time and operations performed on the smart device. Smart device log information will not be automatically uploaded without your permission.

Children's privacy
Our policy is not to require personal data from minors or offer to send any promotional materials to persons in that category. We do not seek or intend to receive any personal data from minors. Should a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a minor has provided us with personal data without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that the personal data is removed from any of our services.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
